We are looking for an experienced and innovative Chef to take full ownership of the culinary concept, kitchen setup, and operational launch of the Clubhouse lounge. This is an exciting opportunity to define and lead a standout dining destination from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Opening Phase:

• Work with F&B consultants to develop the restaurant's culinary concept, menu design, and kitchen layout.
• Oversee the specification and installation of kitchen equipment and tools.
• Recruit, train, and onboard kitchen team members across all stations.
• Create and implement SOPs for food preparation, hygiene, inventory, and service standards.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to align food service timing and guest experience strategy.
• Participate in pre-launch events, soft openings, tastings, and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations prior to launch.

Post-Opening Operations:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, maintaining high culinary and hygiene standards.
• Ensure consistency, creativity, and quality across all menu items.
• Manage food cost, portion control, inventory, and supplier relationships.
• Mentor, train, and evaluate kitchen staff to foster growth and excellence.
• Collaborate regularly with the Restaurant Manager to refine offerings, respond to guest feedback, and develop seasonal or special menus.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen at all times.
• Ensure kitchen operations support a smooth, timely, and enjoyable guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in pre-opening or concept development is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire, train, and manage a multicultural team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek or additional languages is a plus.
• Culinary degree or relevant professional certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.
