We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Cook B to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for cooks with some professional kitchen experience who are eager to grow their skills, support senior team members, and contribute to the smooth running of a kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support basic food preparation for assigned stations.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Follow recipes, instructions, and presentation standards under supervision.
• Follow food safety standards in line with HACCP regulations.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
• Willingness to learn from senior chefs and develop technical expertise.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards (training provided if needed).
• Culinary training or certification will be considered an advantage.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and readiness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Work Permit / EU applicants only.
