GOLF ADMINISTRATOR

Limassol

Limassol Greens is looking for a Golf Administrator to join the Golf team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the golf, ensuring a high standard of service and smooth functioning of golf-related activities.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to contribute to the launch of this upcoming golf resort. Comprehensive training across various golf business aspects will be provided. Upon the golf course commencing operations, the successful candidate will undergo a re-evaluation, potentially leading to promotions and heightened responsibilities

Duties

Respond to enquiries received through email/telephone

Assist with the set-up of the golf management software and data input

Monitor the reservations email

Liaise with contracted golf partners

Prepare documents for the golf operations

Assist with the set-up and data input of the maintenance systems at the golf course

Assist the Golf General Manager with everyday tasks

Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Assist in implementing and enforcing safety protocols and guidelines

Provide support to golf course maintenance team, when needed

Requirements / Qualifications

Excellent knowledge of English and Greek, both written and spoken. Russian will be considered as an advantage.

Excellent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office.

Previous experience in similar positions in the hospitality sector will be considered as an advantage

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of the team.

Organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Some knowledge of Golf will be considered as an advantage
