We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to become a key member of our dynamic golf team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of our golf shop.

Key Responsibilities
Warmly welcome all visitors to the golf shop in a professional and friendly manner
Answer phone calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate information
Manage tee time and lesson bookings efficiently and accurately
Handle player check-ins and retail transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
Follow all operational procedures to ensure seamless shop performance
Support the setup and execution of golf events and promotions
Collaborate with golf operations team members to ensure a smooth guest experience
Provide knowledgeable assistance on golf equipment, apparel, and accessories
Receive, organize, and merchandise stock to enhance visual appeal and drive sales
Conduct basic inventory tasks, including stock checks and discrepancy reports
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented shop environment
Qualifications & Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in retail or customer service (experience in golf is a plus, but not required)
Basic computer literacy; familiarity with POS, booking, or inventory systems is advantageous
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and proactive approach
Strong team player with good time management and attention to detail
Professional appearance and a genuine interest in golf are a plus
