Limassol Greens is looking for a passionate and creative Marketing and Communications Executive to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Marketing and Communications Manager to develop and implement impactful marketing strategies, assist with budgeting, and support brand development for both our Real Estate and Golf offerings. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies and budgets aligned with Limassol Greens’ brand goals.
• Develop compelling content for multiple channels, including website, social media, email campaigns and print.
• Support brand development efforts for real estate and golf, ensuring cohesive messaging and high standards of quality.
• Write and edit copy for various platforms, maintaining a strong and consistent brand voice.
• Organize and manage events, from concept to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and brand alignment.
• Conduct research and analyse data to inform strategy and improve campaign performance.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to internal teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Marketing Communication role.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with an eye for detail.
• Experience in digital marketing, with a good understanding of social media, SEO, and analytics.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and an ability to balance creativity with strategic objectives.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Event management experience with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing tools; knowledge of design software is a plus.
• Ability to convey messages clearly, persuasively, and creatively across different channels, whether it's through presentations, written content, or digital marketing campaigns.
• Thinking outside the box to develop unique marketing strategies, engaging content, and compelling brand storytelling that sets the company apart from competitors. 
• The ability to quickly adjust to market trends, consumer behavior shifts, and unforeseen challenges while coming up with effective solutions.
