The Property Management Officer will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meeting the financial and operational goals set by the organization. This role involves managing tenant relationships, supervising maintenance staff, coordinating with external vendors, and developing strategies to improve property performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Property Management:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, including health and safety standards.
  1. Tenants/Owners Relations:
  • Manage tenant/owner communications and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations.
  • Coordinate tenants move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly.
  1. Financial Management:
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Monitor and approve expenditures, ensuring they are within budget.
  1. Vendor and Contractor Management:
  • Select and manage external vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repairs.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure work is completed to a high standard and within budget.
  1. Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of property operations, including maintenance logs, financial reports, and tenant communications.
  • Prepare regular reports on property performance for senior management.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Property Management or in a related field will be considered as an advantage.
  • 3 years of experience in property management role.
  • Fluent in English and Greek, Russian will be considered as an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of a property management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
