Limassol Greens Golf Resort is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the pre-opening and operational launch of our Clubhouse lounge and continue into full-time operational management. This is a unique opportunity to shape the identity, culture, and success of a landmark venue from the ground up.


Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Opening Phase:

  • Collaborate with the executive team in finalizing layout, workflows, and equipment selection.
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of front-of-house staff.
  • Develop and implement service protocols, SOPs, and operational manuals.
  • Coordinate with chefs and F&B management to finalize menus, wine lists, and service presentation.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support soft openings, tastings, and pre-launch events.
  • Ensure full compliance with local regulations, licenses, and safety standards before opening.

Post-Opening Operations:

  • Lead the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise the service team to maintain consistency and high standards.
  • Manage staffing schedules, performance reviews, and team development.
  • Monitor service flow, reservations, guest feedback, and overall dining experience.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, guest engagement, and event execution.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and events teams to deliver seasonal and special offerings.
  • Maintain budget oversight, cost control, and inventory management.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar management role within an upscale dining environment.
  • Proven success in pre-opening or new concept launches is a significant advantage.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and people development skills.
  • Deep knowledge of service etiquette, wine & beverage, and luxury hospitality standards.
  • Tech-savvy with POS systems, booking platforms, and back-office software.
  • Fluent in English; Greek or other languages considered a plus.
  • Professional manner with a guest-centric mindset and attention to detail.
