Limassol Greens Golf Resort is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the pre-opening and operational launch of our Clubhouse lounge and continue into full-time operational management. This is a unique opportunity to shape the identity, culture, and success of a landmark venue from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Opening Phase:
- Collaborate with the executive team in finalizing layout, workflows, and equipment selection.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of front-of-house staff.
- Develop and implement service protocols, SOPs, and operational manuals.
- Coordinate with chefs and F&B management to finalize menus, wine lists, and service presentation.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support soft openings, tastings, and pre-launch events.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, licenses, and safety standards before opening.
Post-Opening Operations:
- Lead the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and supervise the service team to maintain consistency and high standards.
- Manage staffing schedules, performance reviews, and team development.
- Monitor service flow, reservations, guest feedback, and overall dining experience.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, guest engagement, and event execution.
- Collaborate with the culinary and events teams to deliver seasonal and special offerings.
- Maintain budget oversight, cost control, and inventory management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar management role within an upscale dining environment.
- Proven success in pre-opening or new concept launches is a significant advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and people development skills.
- Deep knowledge of service etiquette, wine & beverage, and luxury hospitality standards.
- Tech-savvy with POS systems, booking platforms, and back-office software.
- Fluent in English; Greek or other languages considered a plus.
- Professional manner with a guest-centric mindset and attention to detail.
